Missions is a part of who Midway is.

 

We are convinced that the hope of the Gospel is not for us only, but for also for others, and that we have a responsibility to further the Gospel, in Union County and around the world. 

 

We believe that the Gospel is communicated through both word and deed, and that one without the other does not fully communicate the power of the Gospel.  Midway on average gives in excess of 25% of our budget for mission work.

 

Locally we serve our community directly and we also partner with likeminded organizations through financial support and volunteering.  This ranges from yardwork and car care for widows to mentoring those in recovery from substance abuse.

 

Globally we develop partnerships with organizations and individuals with a long-term presence, to support and also to stand alongside them.  This year Midway will travel to Honduras, Taiwan, and India.
